Returns & Exchanges

At Off Duty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include in your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
